About Your Instructor:
Jenny’s yoga journey began with the discipline and focus of Bikram before she discovered the creative flow of vinyasa—a practice that continues to inspire her today. She has completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, holds a Yoga Barre certification, is trained in teaching yoga and creative arts to incarcerated youth, and shares the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and gong sound baths.
A Bay Area native, Jenny brings warmth, energy, and playfulness to her classes, creating an inviting space where all students feel welcome—no matter their background or experience. She teaches with intention, weaving in grounding practices, mindful breath, and creative movement that encourage students to connect deeply with themselves.
Off the mat, you’ll find her outdoors—hiking, cycling, or soaking in the beauty of California’s landscapes.
