What Nature Mirrors Within Us: A Forest Bathing Experience

Join guide Imuri Pacheco for an invitation to reconnect with the natural world through your senses. This gathering offers a gentle and spacious environment to notice what is unfolding around you, and what may be quietly taking shape within. It’s an opportunity to embrace the ripening, abundance, gratitude, and slowing down into the fullness of the season.

Through guided invitations, moments of wandering, and time to simply be, you will explore your relationship with the natural world and the subtle ways it may reflect your inner landscape. There will be opportunities for quiet reflection and journaling (journals and pens provided) alongside time for shared presence and tea with nourishing snacks.
