Join teaching guide Imuri Pacheco for What Nature Mirrors Within Us: A Spring Forest Bathing Experience; an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the natural world through your senses.
Rooted in the season of emergence, this gathering offers a gentle and spacious environment to notice what is unfolding around you, and what may be quietly taking shape within. As spring moves toward fullness, not everything blooms at once. Some things are just beginning, some are fully open, and some are still resting. This experience honors all of it.
Through guided invitations, moments of wandering, and time to simply be, you will explore your relationship with the natural world and the subtle ways it may reflect your inner landscape. There will be opportunities for quiet reflection and journaling (journals and pens provided) alongside time for shared presence and tea with nourishing snacks.
