Our new series "Wellness Wednesday" is weekly escape to our beautiful woodland retreat for a workshop or class designed to revitalize your whole self: mind, body, and spirit.
The first opportunity in the series will be hosted by certified Qigong instructor Jim Weaver. Jim will lead a series of ten Qigong classes, teaching you this holistic practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate vital life energy.
